Air still out

Almost 100 degrees in the house and not even noon yet :( We stayed at my parents house last night but they don’t live there so their air was off. It took awhile to get the house cooled off but we did manage to get some sleep.

Marius fell off Grammas bed lol. I woke up and he was sitting there, looked at me and said “I hit my face” poor kid

The Air conditioner guy is supposed to be here soon to check it out. Even if it will take a few days to get the part, at least we have my parents house to go to!! Thank God for that!!

Update

Lets see… I am now a happily married woman :) Woohoo lol. The wedding went well. No one passed out or anything.I have been working on my website and hanging out in the pool with Marius trying to stay cool. I think it hit 115 today =(

I accidentally paid my parents electric instead of ours through a stupid mistake. I fell and hit my house, cause you know, it is kinda small and I didn’t see it lol.

Had a good visit with Toni and Ernies brother Edward and his friend Jason. Really just hanging out. Not too much going on now thankfully.

Getting Married

So Ernie and I are finally getting married :) We have been together for over 6 years and wanted to get married sooner but his divorce got majorly stalled in court. It took over 3 YEARS to get it done. Most of that was just waiting for the courts, at one point Ernie called and the last bit of paper work was sitting in the file, no one had given it to the judge!! Such a joke lol.

But we are finally tying the knot. I am getting really excited now. We aren’t going to have a big wedding, just a few people there in a little chapel with the reception here at our house. But I am so happy to be finally marrying him. Everyone forgets we aren’t married and calls us husband and wife anyways, might as well make it legal lmao.

It is going to be June 9th at 1pm.

Marius misses his brother.

It is hard every Sunday when lil Ernie goes home. But Marius usually goes with them to drop him off and he is ok. Well this week he had a force 10 fit about it screaming at the top of his lungs that he didn’t want brother to go!! He kept telling me, brother ,sob, doesn’t, sob, have to , sob, go…. he said NO!!! Well, yes he did say no, he never wants to go home, would rather stay here but he knew he had to go. Marius wouldn’t even give him a hug he was so pissed. Then he wanted his daddy to bring him back to give him a hug lol.

Rough night for us!! He has finally calmed down a little, an hour later

Night sky

The last few nights Ernie has been looking through his telescope. He managed to get a few cool pictures just from putting our camera up to the lense.

Laughlin Rodeo

We took Marius to the Rodeo last Thursday, it was SO much fun!! The night before Ernie told me there was no way Marius was getting a cowboy hat, so we got him a cowboy hat LOL.

There was a clown that performed between events, that was his favorite part.

Here are a few more random pictures….

Twitter

So, apparently I was one of the last ones to Twitter, at least that is how the website made me feel LOL. So I signed up. It is an update site where you and your friends/family can update each other on what is going on. It is really pretty neat. I have been having fun on there today.

My new addiction

Diagnosis X on Discovery Health. I have been watching 3 hours of this show LOL Love it.

This is what it is about……

When you walk into a hospital, you think doctors have all the answers. They don’t. Diagnosis X reveals the true stories of doctors following a trail of evidence to save their patients’ lives. Every episode features two young, charismatic, REAL doctors, who reveal the high-stakes emotion that surrounds an elusive diagnosis. Our real doctors are surrounded by a compelling cast of recurring actors, and together the physicians and Diagnosis X actors bring each story to life. The team works around the clock to unravel the dramatic - and sometimes shocking - medical diagnosis.

Mom

A baby asked God, “They tell me you are sending me to earth
tomorrow, but how am I going to live there being so small and
helpless?” God said, “Your angel will be waiting for you and
will take care of you.”

The child further inquired, “But tell me, here in heaven I don’t
have to do anything but sing and smile to be happy.”
God said,”Your angel will sing for you and will also smile for
you. And you will feel your angel’s love and be very happy.”

Again the child asked, “And how am I going to be able to
understand when people talk to me if I don’t know the
language?” God said, “Your angel will tell you the most
beautiful and sweet words you will ever hear, and with
much patience and care, your angel will teach you how to
speak.”

“And what am I going to do when I want to talk to you?”
God said, “Your angel will place your hands together and
will teach you how to pray.”

“Who will protect me?”
God said, “Your angel will defend you even if it means
risking its life.”

“But I will always be sad because I will not see you anymore.”
God said, “Your angel will always talk to you about Me and
will teach you the way to come back to Me, even though I
will always be next to you.”

At that moment there was much peace in Heaven, but voices
from Earth could be heard and the child hurriedly asked,
“God, if I am to leave now, please tell me my angel’s name.”

God said, You will simply call her, “Mom.”

Lift a mother’s spirit, send this to every mother you know
(no matter how old her child is).
